SMALL Nakiri-style vegetable knife.
This knife has a thin blade is for small vegetable prepping or fine slicing.
 
The damascus steel blade was forge welded and forged out by me and the steel has a low layer count, with a linear pattern. The steel is made from 15N20 & 1095
 
The handle is constructed from buffalo horn and english walnut.

    I had a great day with Andrew in his workshop. From the moment I got there until I left, Andrew did everything possible to make my experience the best.
